Fees, Payment and Insurance Options
Your first visit includes a gum examination, doctor's examination, x-rays and oral cancer exam.
Our fees are in line with those of similar quality dental practices in our area. Payment is expected at the time service is provided.
Payment options are:
• Credit card: American Express
• Credit card: Visa and MasterCard
• Credit card: Discover
• Cash
• Dental insurance (as partial payment)
We work with all dental plans that cover our fees for major dental work, but are a provider with Delta Dental of New Jersey and Guardian Life Insurance. If you elect to use your dental insurance benefits, you must make your co-payment at the time of service - at each visit. This is per your insurance company's request.
For extensive treatment that exceeds your allowable benefits, this office offers HealthCare Financial Assistance Programs and outside lending to pay for your dental plan through Chase and Care Credit. Please ask the office manager for additional information
Our regular office hours are:
9:30 AM - 7:00 PM Monday
9:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesda
9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesday
9:30 AM - 7:00 PM Thursday
9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Friday--for scheduling only
8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Saturday
